Sales verification
In order to sell through Vinylio, you will need to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification with our verification and payment provider. We use Online Payment Platform as a verification and payment provider, which allows us to operate in a secure and efficient manner. More about this later.
The verification can be performed in the Vinylio dashboard under payment details. During the verification, bank and identity details are linked to your account, making payment possible.
- Linking the bank details costs a one-off fee of €0.10 cents.
- Identity verification is done via iDIN, which is easy to scan via internet banking. You do not make any payment, do not send any transaction data and do not issue any further authorization.
- An UBO registration is required for business customers.
Why do I need to verify my account with Online Payment Platform?
Sales verification at Online Payment Platform is necessary to allow payments to each easily. OPP's payment technology complies with European PSD2 and GDPR legislation, allowing payments to be facilitated without managing funds or sensitive personal data. In addition, we are building a secure and scalable platform with reliable, verified sellers that exclude fraud. All this to create the most efficient and safe purchasing experience. Verification allows the platform to operate in a safe and reliable manner, transactions are processed correctly and it is clear which payments should go where.
