In a form of an online marketplace and auction, Vinylio focuses on bringing vinyl lovers together. The selling party can add their own images or choose a generic product image. The condition description is decisive, which can be found here. Vinylio is currently active in the Netherlands Belgium, Germany, France and Austria. Vinylio is an open platform where every contribution can be of added value. Our database functions as a wiki: users can add information themselves. All musical genres are covered. Selling your vinyl records
- How do I become a business seller? Create a business account and enjoy the benefits. You can easily create a business account when logging in.
- How does sales verification work? Check out our blog on sales verification here.
- How long do I have to post an order? You have seven days to put an order in the post. After seven days, the buying party will receive a refund if the order has not yet been sent. The sooner in the post, the better! This increases your customer satisfaction and the chances of a good review.
- How do I take my shop (temporarily or partially) offline? You can easily take your shop (temporarily) offline via the following button.
- How can I remove a particular item? Via my offer in the Vinylio dashboard it is possible to remove certain items.
- When will I receive the money on my account? Once the order has been posted, the money will be sent to the selling customer's account.
- How does the Discogs link work? Read how the Discogs link works here.
- Who pays the shipping costs? The shipping costs are paid by the buying party and and are set as low as possible by default at Sendcloud
- How does the shipping work? After payment has been made, a shipping label will be created on Sendcloud. Prepare the shipment, stick the printed shipping label on the parcel and your order is ready to be sent. It is also possible to write down the shipping information with a pen, here it is important that the EAN code is clearly legible. You can deliver the parcel to a PostNL parcel point or post office. - I want to put a collection up for sale, how does this work? When offering a large collection for sale, please contact info@vinylio.nl or via 06-53459321.
Buying vinyl records
- How long do I have to pay for a won auction? You have seven days to pay a won auction. If no payment has been made after seven days, the order will be cancelled.
- Will I receive a Track&Trace of my order? Yes, as soon as the order is completed you will receive a Track&Trace via e-mail.
- What is the delivery time of my order? After the order has been dispatched, you can expect it within 1 to 4 working days. If the order has not arrived after four working days, please check the Track&Trace for the current status.
- How do I give the seller a review? After the order has arrived, you will receive an e-mail from us for giving a review. This way you can let the seller know what you think of the order.
- What are the different payment options? You can currently pay with iDeal and Sepa bank transfers. Payments are made via Online Payment Platform.
- I have not received my order, what can I do? Check the Track & Trace you received for the current status. If you did not receive a Track & Trace, please check the purchase history in the Vinylio dashboard to see if the payment went well. Did this not help? Please contact us!
- I won an auction, what now? If you have won an auction, you will receive an email with a payment link to settle the auction.
- Why can't I bid on someone else's advertisement? You can only bid on ads when your account has been verified. This is to avoid silly bids.
- Can I return my order? An order placed with a business seller can be returned if the item is still in its original condition. Please contact us for this.
The features of Vinylio
- How can I follow my friends and other sellers? Next to the user name is the follow button, you can then find followed suppliers in the Vinylio dashboard.
- How can I view my collection, friends' wish list and followed providers? At followed providers in the dashboard, it is possible to view the wish list, collection and offers of your followed providers.
- How can I add items to my wish list? You can add an item to your wish list on the product page of an item.
- How can I add items to my collection? On the product page of an item you can add an item to your collection, here you can add photos of your item.
